Cancellation Policy

At JetSet & Reset, our goal is to create seamless, elevated, and stress-free travel experiences. The following policies help ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth planning process for everyone involved. 1. Booking & Deposits All travel arrangements are confirmed once a completed booking form and the required deposit are received. Deposits secure your reservation and are applied toward the total cost of your trip. Please note: No reservation is held without payment. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, as they are immediately applied to supplier reservations. 2. Final Payment Final payment is due by the date listed in your booking confirmation or invoice. Timely payment is essential to maintain your reservation. Failure to submit final payment by the deadline may result in cancellation by the supplier, and previously submitted payments may be forfeited. 3. Payments & Fees JetSet & Reset accepts online payments through approved payment platforms for your convenience. Some travel suppliers may impose additional fees, fare increases, or penalties, which are outside our control and remain the responsibility of the client. Payment plans may be offered as a courtesy; however, missed or late payments may result in cancellation per supplier terms. 4. Cancellations & Changes All cancellations or change requests must be submitted in writing. Client-initiated cancellations are subject to supplier-specific penalties. Most bookings become non-refundable once the deposit is paid. Changes are not guaranteed and may result in additional costs. JetSet & Reset will always advocate on your behalf; however, we must adhere to supplier policies. 5. Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended) We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients who decline travel insurance accept full financial responsibility for any losses incurred. 6. Group Travel Policies For group trips: Pricing is based on contracted group minimums. Adjustments to group size may impact pricing or availability. If a roommate cancels, the remaining traveler may be responsible for any single-occupancy rate increase.
